Eligibility Requirements for Affordable Retirement in Portland

The Heights at Columbia Knoll is a unique independent retirement community unlike any other in Oregon in that we are an affordable retirement community. In order to be able to offer this high quality lifestyle for our residents at affordable prices, we have two eligibility requirements our residents must meet.  First you must be 62 years of age and second you must qualify by income.

For a single occupant your yearly income may not exceed $30,060.00

For a double occupant your yearly income may not exceed $34,380.00
